HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

ICP is a highly structured and internationally recognized internship program offered by Impaxive Consultants in Ahmedabad. The program is meticulously designed with a pragmatic approach to provide systematic onboarding services through value added training programs and workshops to help our candidates to build a profound skill base with right attitude. Subsequently, with the successful completion of training and the internship program, the candidate is guaranteed a job placement with a lucrative salary and benefits package in India or UAE.

The program aims to accelerate your career from being an apprentice to a world class professional in your desired career arena. All candidates would be recognized and awarded with a certificate that marks the successful completion of the program.

Mentorship

It is a 15 days to 3 months intensive mentorship program that focuses on developing your market knowledge, soft skills and professional practices. We aim to acclamatize you with international markets and work culture developing a strong skill set in industry specific sales and marketing
Launchpad
2
The final 3 months will require you to accomplish assignments & gain experience in DUBAI. We guarantee to arrange minimum 10 interviews for your dream job
Backup

If you manage to gain a job in DUBAI, your program ends there. But if you can’t make it, you have an assured job in India at a compensated salary
